Good Saturday morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs . What an appropriate message today.
This is truly how life is. You build or you create and something happens. Can you get back up and try again?
I am in this process right now. I can't do everything I did before the surgery but each time I work to exhaustion, my muscles get stronger and I can go a little farther before I fall down (figuratively). I only lose if I quit but I won't give up until I have back as much as possible. Sometimes I feel I am starting further back than I did the day before but what matters is where I end up.
Is there something that you are working on that seems too tough? What will it take for you to get up and give it another try?
