Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs We are in spring here in the DMV and I hope you in Colorado join us in that season soon.
Many people struggle with anxiety/worry. It's a hard habit to break. And it is a habit. Which is good because it means it is learned and you can "unlearn it" You have to put other thoughts and actions in your life when you have trouble controlling your anxiety. Mindfulness works for some, activity for others, for me it is a good book I can lose myself in. Find something productive to do or think about.
Remember 99% of what you worry about will never happen and even if it does worry didn't change or fix it; only action can.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Good late afternoon Charlie. Sorry for the late response today, playing catch up, first I had to snow blow the neighborhood and now I;m working on an issue with RingCentral not working on my iMac because of an update. Been on the phone all day ewith Apple and RingCentral. Think I might have a fix, if RingCentral calls nme back, but either way we're using RingCentral Video Conference for our upcoming Boartd Meeting Monday night. I'm not struggling with any worry, just staying after this problem until I get it fixed. Love the quote and I hope you and Tom have a great evening (isn't it just about evening there now?) LOL!
