Good "Tuesday" Morning Everyone from the "Mobile Eagle's Nest" in El Paso, TX — 11 June 2019!
Beginning of Day 10 — RIPRIDE4Vets — we ran into a little rain yesterday on Day 9 form Tucson, AZ all the way to El Paso, TX, but we made it. We also have to hit the Harley Dealership this morning to have the water pump replaced in the radiator system. Stuff happens and that is why they call it stuff. SGT Billy Mullins and I had the awesome pleasure of meeting and interviewing SFC James Shanks here in El Paso, TX last night and broke bread at Famous Dave's. James is a great vet and is going to help us this morning with the Harley Dealership. For all of our veterans and friends that we're meeting in San Antonio, TX it's going to be a little later this evening, but we still want to meet you all, so we hope you can join us later this evening. Agree...getting all in...involves every emotion...within the body...you’ll feel humbled, grateful, peaceful, a sense of goodness all over, however, let’s also know that....there are takers, haters, irresponsible, hurtful emotions as well....This is where the flesh & Spirit can collide ... be ready to face the journey....my thought for today. A very deep battle that lies within all, I believe....especially those that are truly leading from within their hearts! Praying for strength & wisdom. We are in a daily battle! Personally, I choose to follow Action I see...less words ... blah blah blah. Hugs!
