Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs and I am glad you are back safely. I hope Billy has a safe return home as well. It was quite a ride.
Drama. Something I try very hard to keep out of my life. I tell my clients that you cannot control what other people do, only your own actions. If they choose to make a scene, it doesn't mean you have to stay and watch or even worse, participate. The strongest statement you can make is to turn away and/or walk away. Never let their drama derail your purpose.

The only drama allowed in my life is when I note that the congregation is drifting away....it usually means I am spending too much time an words on an esoteric point that only I am aware I am in danger of getting wrong.....we preachers need to stick to the Scriptures, you know....but now and then a little drama gets the folks laughing and maybe even listening.

LORD YOU taught the disciples to trust in God as they believed their boat was sinking while you rested. YOU are with each of YOUR own adopted children at all times as YOU dwell with our soul. YOU lead us step by step on the narrow path of eternal life. At times, YOU carry us when we are too spiritually frail to move in our own strength.
I pray that each of YOUR adopted children is mature enough to not cause unnecessary drama. I pray that we each are peacemakers and YOU use us to bring peace where there is relational conflict.
