Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs Great thoughts for today. When so much around us is negative, it is easy to slip into that mode. It is important to turn off the TV and remember all of that is transient...don't respond to it as if it were a permanent situation. So if you are having difficulty getting into a more positive spirit, try this little checklist... 2 and 3 will make an immediate difference in the way you feel.

Yes, today is the day Mark for sure. Yesterday was too windy and we decided to go uptown and hit the antique barns in Castle Rock, CO and then we went to Hacienda Colorado for some great mexican food. Fun had by all. Bike ride today and Garden of the Gods, then downtown for the Beer Festival and back to the "Eagle's Nest" for steaks on the grill. Have a great day SP5 Mark Kuzinski
