Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs Good thoughts for today. I often wonder what we could accomplish as a country if we did more building and less tearing down.
Who needs some words of encouragement that you can provide? What can you do to build someone up so they can go on to accomplish great things? Mentoring is just as valuable as doing, but even more difficult to do well. Let's make a start today.

Charlie I am not the best "follow my lead guy" but I try to live by a simple saying be part of the solution and not the problem. Way to often part of that solution is as simple as acknowledgment of a good job, or just an acknowledgement. Charlie something I have found it is double medicine, it not only help the recipient but also helps the person who delivers it. Charlie once again this is proof you are brilliant my friend. So I will announce to the world or at least Rally Point.
