Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs We have all had lots of opportunities over the past two months to show we can get along with others. Sometimes we do better than others. What makes the difference? Deciding if our differences or disagreements are worth an argument. Sometimes they are, but often they are not. I have gotten to the point of not wasting my emotional energy on the small stuff, otherwise it is not available for when I need it to fuel me on what matters.
