Haven't we all learned that hard to learn lesson, that we just don't know it all.

Amen Michael, we are always in learning process mode! We sometimes make mistakes and that is just a human trait. When things go wrong, I try to correct them and if I can't, I just take all in with a grain of salt!

I hope your personal relationship with God matters a lot to you since Jesus the Christ atoned for you with HIS blood to purchase and assure your eternal salvation. After all each relationship of ours is limited to improve unless our relationship with the LORD is healthy. ‘You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.' [1 Corinthians 6:20 ESV] my brother-in-Christ SSG Michael Noll.

I lift up families to YOU LORD as Thanksgiving approaches in the USA. I pray for the family members who are” separated by distance and concerned about infections; separated because of anger and other emotional issues; and separated because of deployment or work responsibilities. I pray for open communication and repentance and forgiveness where necessary.
I pray for parents and children LORD this holiday season around the world. Especially families that have experienced significant inner heartbreak and turmoil. 'He will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers.' [Malachi 4-6 ESV]
I pray that you and your family members sleep well Thursday night and will awake refreshed and healthy on Friday morning.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ

"What Matters Day." As always, great topic, COL Mikel J. Burroughs.

When I read it, it immediately reminded me of a snatch of old song lyric-
"It's everything you do and nothing that you did."

Do it right, today, Rally Point.

Great quote by Buddha this morning 1SG Steven Imerman - you should see if you can find that song in a video and post it today Steven, but maybe it's too old - you never know. Have a great day brother...

“Stop and look in the mirror at yourself and ask that person looking back at you, ‘What Matters?” This is a personal question each of us should be asking ourselves to set us out on the right path, whatever that is that matters to you. For all types of leaders what matters is completing the mission and taking care of your personnel. May you find, in that person in the mirror, what really matters to you and pursue it with everything you have and are willing to give; may you always have an attitude that projects what really matters to you and others around you; may your mind, body, and soul be open to grace, goodness, peace, forgiveness, and a bountiful life that matters; and keep your family safe, secure, happy, and healthy. In the end, ‘What Matters Most’?” – COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

COL Mikel J. Burroughs - Thank you sir. As for the lyric, I can hear it in my head but cannot find it anywhere. It seems to me it was Allman Bros. or Skynyrd or somebody like that, but though I've googled it in several variations it is not popping up.

Good morning Col Burroughs. Sometimes I work with the dying and their family members. What matters in the end are relationships. Those with your family, your friends and God. Not how much money you have, your possessions or your work. If any of those are more important than your relationships and the way you lived embracing love and kindness, you will have much to regret at the end. Live the life that matters and now is not too late to start.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - All of the things you mentioned are so on track, life, relationships, family, and the list goes on. I will add those all to my list for today as well, but my focus was on those who need our help here on RallyPoint Charlie... Thanks for the additional quotes today and your perspective... By the way I'm not getting any email notifications this morning on responses. Don't know what is happening with RallyPoint this morning with their servers or if my email notifications have been turned off. Reaching out to SSG Carlos Madden this morning for an explanation... Have agreat day Charlie...
