Good morning Col Burroughs. Anger is something that the majority of us need to learn to control/defuse. It harms no one but ourselves. The anger has a reason, but that reason often is no where near deserving of the response we give it and then we are left to deal with the consequences. Before you react in a moment of frustration and annoyance (which is usually what underlies anger) ask yourself what you hope to accomplish with your response. I suspect, it won't be what you really want out of the situation. So try a different tactic first.
