Good Sunday morning RP.
Life is a journey that all of us are on. Perhaps we had a plan, maybe we had a map but often the best roads are the ones that came up unexpectedly or that we had never considered at all. Regardless, every road, every step is one that you were meant to take to make you who you are. That doesn't mean you don't get to choose what is next. So, what is it that you choose for your "Next"? What steps can you take to make that happen?

I just shared my article on DISCIPLINE AND PTSD, on FACEBOOK, and I know PTSD, cases have skyrocketed since the Gulf War, Enduring Freedom and Afghanistan. I also know that civilians suffer with PTSD, as well from other causes, but the key is to regain our grasp of our Feelings, Emotions and Instincts to turn the key of Validation to the on position.
