Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs . I am working on the coffee, unfortunately, I am not all that dependable until I get enough caffeine on board, lol.
Most of us would rather have a person who shows up every day and puts in his full effort than one who is outstanding but is unreliable. Will he show up? Will she stay the course? Dependability is an underrated strength but without it, failure is almost guaranteed. We tend to be more dependable for certain tasks and/or particular people. Look at yourself and be honest, are there some places where you need to work on your dependability? Can you be counted on when things are tough?
