Good morning and Happy Boxing Day COL Mikel J. Burroughs Great topic as we count down toward 2019. Those who try to force harmony will never find it; harmony is found by allowing oneself to be consistent with one's beliefs. I think we find those moments when it all comes together for us, a few fortunate souls manage it most of the time. Too often we worry about what others are doing and work to match them; we fail to understand that the consistency that is needed is within ourselves. And it does us no good to be just like someone else...for on the outside, "you don't get harmony when everyone sings the same note" ~Doug Floyd. So find yourself and your note and add to the harmony of the universe.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - so easy to get caught up in the crazy preparations for a holiday with so many “moving parts”... but sitting here at the end of the day, with so many family members, young and old, in the home filled with memories of six generations of family..It’s a wonderful tradition of love and joy we’ve managed to maintain and pass on. To witness the continuance is such a blessing. Hope yours was blessed, as well.
