Sometimes truth is difficult. It is hardest I believe when we lie to ourselves. That's what gets us in the most trouble. We set up expectations that neither we nor anyone else can meet and then lie to get ourselves there. Step away from that and find the essence of who you are and it will be much easier to be truthful to yourself, your family and in all your dealings. It's less tiring too as truth is easier than trying to remember the story you made up. Instead spend that energy on good things.

Good Morning COL. "Be Honest Day" Today is one of those that all apply to the Day.....
Nobody will ever come back at you if you tell the truth.....
Well, unless the truth hurts and they don't like it....! You may have to back it up...!
Anyway, It is just easier to be honest....you will just create problems for yourself on all levels if not....
Apparently not a "Verbose" day for me SGT John " Mac " McConnell , all of my Posts and Comments have been short!
Guess I have a lot on my mind, I gotta' go.
