I expect you are spiritually mature enough to recognize that your essence is your soul which exists consistently while your body goes through continual changes Steven.
I pray that you and I balance our efforts to improve physical conditioning and mental acuity with improving our relationship with the LORD by confession of our desires and love to HIM by demonstrating love to each person we interact with, my brother-in-Christ 1SG Steven Imerman.
I pray for an increase of humility for each person overly focused on their physical appearance at the expense of others and each person who overtly or subconsciously looks down on people they believe have inferior intellect. YOU know dear God who will respond positively and who will resist. Humiliate those who refuse to become more compassionate towards others in YOUR perfect timing and methodology.

Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs It's another quiet day in Northern Virginia. The sun is out and it is beautiful and I expect the kids to be outside playing soon.
I just got a request to join a team to develop a virtual workshop on mind-body for Red Cross responders and military medical personnel. This is such a timely topic. Those who do best in these situations are the people who understand that connection and use their minds to help keep their body as healthy as possible. Wellness is when mind-body and spirit (soul) are all cared for and healthy. What are you doing to stay strong and healthy during this time?
