The movie Rules of Engagement comes to mind regarding the Jury. He should get a fair trial, but only time will tell.

Had he only made the first video, he'd likely be fine.
But once he started the drunken rants about COVID, beer cans and General Mattis' sexuality, it only got worse and worse...
He got really weird and had a full mental breakdown in real time on his social media. It was fascinating and terrible to watch.
There was his famous "I'm out maneuvering you General" tirade, his drunken hotel room laments, his creepy "chess match" manifesto video and his sarcastic resignation letter. All of which he placed on his own social media.
Sitting in an abandoned bus in the middle of the woods filiming a video asking his followers to “Follow me and we will bring the whole f—king system down.” is not normal, rational behavior from an Active Duty, Commisioned Officer.
It seemed like, after his family left, he was just determined to martyr himself.
Part of me thinks he had idiots on social media propping him up, getting in his head, convincing him to be a martyr. After his family left him, that was the last straw, it was after that everything gained momentum. Now, I'm not blaming the family. That was clearly a terrible environment for them to be in. I'm glad they left, for their own well being.
