I personally think that this "insider" is either a fictional character, or no longer working in the administration. This narrative matches way too conveniently close to the new Bob Woodward book in premise and theme to be a coincidence.

Sack up and present yourself. Otherwise, you're no better than what Peter Strzok aspired to do. As far as I'm concerned, based on the manner in which they did this, the person either is fictional, someone who aspires to be another Omarosa, or a foreign power screwing with the NYT.

I suspect it was written by a NYT editor or reporter to cause chaos and deflect attention away from the SCOTUS hearing, but whoever did it is a coward and I give no credence to anonymous sources. If its true be man or woman enough to put your name on it. Shame on the paper for printing it
