What chaos has the killing lead to? It appears Soleimani is dead and now buried. Iran had a fake retaliation for internal Iranian consumption and we have moved on. Iran blinked. They had their number 1 military general snuffed out and can do precious little about it. They are on notice that killing Americans will get them further deviation. They have backed off. I would call it a very good outcome.
