The Intergovernmental Institution for the Use of Micro-Algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition (IIMSAM), an Intergovernmental Observer to the United Nations Economic and Social Council represented by Ambassador-at-Large H.E. Rami El-Attar and Ambassador-At-Large H.E. Inad Nahas, has signed a bilateral diplomatic treaty with The Free Republic of Liberland (Liberland), represented by President Vit Jedlicka. The bilateral treaty aims to promote scientific research, initiatives and education in favour of international cooperation to utilize Spirulina to eradicate malnutrition and achieve food security.
