The End of the First Amendment

Okay, the headline is over the top. The basic premise is sensationalized. However, the meat of the article is spot on. No, the First Amendment isn't under attack. The Bill of Rights only speaks to limitations on government. The behavior of the fascists, especially those on the Left and American campuses, isn't precluded by the First Amendment. Most of their behavior is simply unlawful under laws relating to disturbing the peace and riot. If government is at fault, it is in inciting this behavior and in withholding protection for the rest of us.
