Hopefully the judge in this case will toss out this lawsuit from Edgar Monserratt and Esperanza Martinez on its face. Suing Tesla because their 18-year-old son Edgar Monserratt Martinez was killed while driving 116 mile-per-hour is ludicrous IMHO.
