I had heard just have ending my tdy at Danang in 1968 about how the South Koreans and their Tiger Division. This article looks at the massacre at Phong Nhi. The article mentions the circumstances of how Korea became involved in the war (does politics ring a bell?) and goes into detail regarding the masacre itself. One final note I never realized that Spain had also sent medical staff to Vietnam.

I was stationed west of Quenhon (spelling?) during the 68 Tet offensive and the South Korean White Horse Division took the city back and was also responsible for the provence which was usually reasonably safe. As we normally see in these articles no mention is made of the VC and NVA atrocities which were a matter of national policy. So what are we supposed to do 50 years later?
