Every person that i've heard say "try that in a small town" has been a full blown racist.

However, I am offended by the history of the building he decided to make his video in front of. I haven’t watched and won’t watch, I like country music but not the Jason Aldeen Kind. PO1 William "Chip" Nagel i’ve never been a fan and I am certain I don’t need to start now.

SGT Gerald “Jerry” Harrell
Maj Kim Patterson just to provide more information on that location…… There is a bit of cherry picking information about this location. In addition and previous to this video, it was also the site for Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009) and Steppin' Into the Holiday (2022 TV Movie) ... as well as several more.
There was no outrage when a teen movie or Christmas Movie was filmed there. Also…..
The production company chose the location, as they have stated, not Jason Aldean.
I too, am not a Jason Aldean fan but I listened to the song because I wanted to know who was gaslighting who. I don’t hear what is being reported as racism. I hear about small town values and how small towns stick together and take care of each other not unlike the small town in Texas I grew up in (POP. 3500) The video used in the background was actual footage of the riots that followed the George Floyd murder. My only thought for why some people are losing their minds over this is that it brings back the unnecessary rioting and looting that occurred. (That of course is my opinion of what losses and damage that occurred to innocent people and businesses) I respect everyone’s right to their opinion but I think the opinion should be reached having most of not all of the facts. I am an independent that believes quality of character and what’s best for my family and nation are for more important than the red or blue side of politics.
