The Innocents Abroad (Signet Classics)

I believe that most on RP understand what a shithole is and aren't surprised by the term. We may be surprised that a President spoke it, but if we remember that Presidents are human beings and have also visited shitholes, as have we all who have served, we shouldn't be. Nor should we be offended by it. Indeed, it's refreshing to hear some honest conversation cutting through all the political and diplomatic BS that emanates from the District of Calamity. Furthermore, we are seeing American cities turning into third world shitholes under the aegis of sanctuary ordinances and Leftist mismanagement. Now, for those who never deployed to a shithole, let me suggest Mark Twain's "Innocents Abroad". He paints a vivid picture of them. Sadly, little has changed in the past century since Twain published his journal.
