The Knife Media

If you are looking for a truly unbiased examination of "the news" I recommend The Knife Media. They examine and call out areas of bias. It is a great outlet but costs $15 p/month which they need otherwise they have to get advertisers leaving them prone to outside influence. They do, however, offer their service to schools in order to teach critical thinking.

SUBJECT: Kim Jong Un’s visit to China.
The Raw Data: Unspun and unbiased. These are the facts. "North Korean leader Kim Jong Un made an unofficial visit to China from Sunday to Wednesday, according to Chinese state-run news outlet Xinhua..."

The Distortion:

Reuters: China says North Korea’s Kim pledged commitment to denuclearization.
"North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un pledged his commitment to denuclearization and to meet U.S. officials, China said on Wednesday after his meeting with President Xi Jinping, who promised China would uphold friendship with its isolated neighbour."
