An old friend of mine is now Commander of CENTCOM.
One day I hope to see an non-classified effectiveness statistical analysis of the over 14,100 airstrikes against ISIS. As a trained ORSA I always prefer to see the statistics themselves such as accuracy of strike for intended target [circular error probable); dummy targets or mistaken targets (after the fact); percentage of munitions that exploded when they should have; percent total destruction for bridges, vehicles, command and control nodes, etc.
