General Patton's Decorations Ribbons Medals and Awards
The Patton Society has not included theWorld War II Germany Occupation Medal in this collectionon purpose. The medal was not created and authorized until 1946,by which time General Patton was buried in Luxembourg. Since Pattonneither received nor wore the medal or its ribbon, we decidedto preclude it from this page. General Patton was a stickler fordisplaying only those ribbons authorized for wear.
