SGM Bill Frazer Usually the Fleet Commander will Order You make Port Once every 30 days so they don't have to bring Beer to You (Most Fleet Commanders instructions tell their Units that if they underway more than 30 days they'll send beer to them) but When "You are the Fleet Commander". Showboating? Proving Something to His Subordinates? Like CTO1 Showing Up the Youngsters when I would help Hump Stores during Vertreps?
