The new proposed defense budget is trying to fix one of the military’s biggest problems

Fix what, ignorance of standards, or traditions? Or the fact that the military is not a social experiment and its sole function in life is to kill people and break shit? Or is the new biggest problem some retired general that has decided to change the uniform for the upteinth time? I would bet any 4 star general my life savings that I could fix the military with any 5 NCO's and a case a beer before they could start their meeting.
