The next cyber arms race is in artificial intelligence

Good idea in theory, main problem is that China has far more advanced AI platforms that are fully capable of penetrating even the most advanced security. The real issue we need to focus on is that our government agencies are losing top cyber personnel to the private sector because they can't compete with the salaries. If this trend continues, we may find a majority of our cyber staff being contracted from corporate America. The perks packages offered in the public sector are lackluster at best.
