As I'd said on the other thread, I follow...believe me, I've read a good deal on the whole topic, both here, as well as there, for a long time, from an historical perspective...I'd wanted to train with USPHS on reservations here, the USPHS O-6 I'd externed under while doing my doctorate before my disability ran a clinic at one of the reservations, he told me a good deal about the whole thing, I assure you....
