The problem I see with electric vehicles isn't the people against them but a government pushing so hard for them before our system is really ready. Chevy Bolts burning houses down and what source are we using to produce electricity? What do you really achieve driving an electric vehicle if coal is burned to power it? If fire fighters do not have the training and equipment to put out electrical fires in cars after an accident?

I feel fortunate about my truck. I bought it in 2006. It looks and drives like new. I have 100,000 miles on it and expect to get another 100,000 miles. I probably drive like 70 miles in a week.
