I agree that the Iraqi People, Government, and Army should capture Mosul. Those are three components to having a stable country.

That is a huge part of it! The other is the total failure to understand that terrain is not important in breaking the enemy hold - the enemy is important. Our current terrain based strategy has us all over and solid no where.
