For all the RP Vietnam Vets and their comrades that did not return. The PBS Series on Vietnam concluded last night. It effected me deeply and made realize that warriors fight and die while politicians make decisions. The latter in a vacuum, the former in a crucible of fear, pain and valor. Warriors only ask to be remembered and for other to honor their sacrifices. Unfortunately, society, until recently, never honored Vietnam Vets and for that - America should forever be ashamed.

The sound of bagpipes playing is both eerie and beautiful IMHO.
