Interesting article! The reason for great failure today is the miss understanding of what "TEAMS" means. Some people think it means:
T - Total
E - Engagement
A - Around
M - Me
S - Solely
When in fact it means:
T - Total and Timely to committing to the
E - Engagement and Energy required to make
A - All aspects of
M - My team great and that Means demonstrating how to be
S - Selfless and NOT selfish!
Too many people think its about them, and that is what destroy's real teams! Those who get TEAMS get success! Simple as that!
