The Sergeant Major Of The Army's Top Ten Rules For Noncommissioned Officers

The title has been changed. This was originally titled Sergeant Major of the Army's Top Ten Rules for Sergeants Major. This is directed to them, not to all NCOs. Basically telling them to get off their high horse and start making a positive impact on Soldiers lives and not be the grass/ PT belt police while also not forgetting where they came from. Not to just demand the standard but be the standard. Lead by demonstration not by barking.. ect...ect... However, NCOs across the board should understand these as well because we all should strive to be Sergeants Major some day.

That is stuff I can use everyday in my civilian job. Perfect timing too.. I start as a new site manager next Monday for a major Gov project. I may print this out and put in my office. I have (unfortunately) a lot of old Army NCO in me... LOL
