Out of curiosity, which do you prefer to be called by:
1. David
2. Dave
3. "Cowboy"
4. Other (specify)
As an aside, when someone calls me "William" (which indeed IS my first name), it almost seems like it will precede a butt chewing/tongue lashing!!! "Bill" or even "Billy" doesn't spike my blood pressure so much. ;-)
