We have had at least three flag officers commit suicide on the Army side in the last 3 years. Maybe we should all admit we are alcoholics? My sister was a closet drunk and she committed suicide on July 4th 2015.

I am going to blame the process for suicidal SMs. Sometimes they are not screened properly. Sometimes the unit will support the SM and sometimes not. Sometimes WTBs and WTUs are available for SMs. Sometimes the requisite services not available, and the SM could be lost in the process of going from AD to the VA.
