The U.S. Army Lost Track of $6.5 Trillion – War Is Boring

It's a simple case of GIGO (garbage in, garbage out). You can not lose more that you start with. That is not to say that the system is totally FUBAR and some corruption going on, but when you read the article, you find that the Army think tank is no better or worse than any other civilian run organization in the government. I recently read an article that the normal approved budget and the Overseas Contingency Fund flows back and forth without over sight. As Eisenhower said, beware the Military Industrial Complex. He should have added politicians in that statement, since they are the ones that make all this possible for votes.
