The U.S. Is Beating Back ISIS, So What Comes Next?

I'm fearing that Iraq could devolve into Civil war there already is some fracturing especially in regards to the Kurds.

We seem to be of the same mind on the post war Iraq. I have asked several times why we don't something like the Marshall Plan to redevelop Iraq and guide its future.

What I find amazing is that Iraq was one of the most educated countries in the world before Sadam, of course he closed the schools and universities. The smart educators escaped, those who remained were executed.
