The U.S. Military Has a 'Right to Repair' Problem

OMG, has someone lost the Freaking Mind in Procurement? What the hell are they going to do, stop during a combat mission and call AAA to come get some broken vehicle, or other piece of machinery that is mission vital so it can be sent back for repairs????

This just blows my mind why they would allow such a contract to go forward.
