Must take issue with the article's title. Photos are of US Navy ships. No mention of US Coast Guard vessels. 1. My fighting ship, sadly recently sold to Nigeria. 2. Oldest (USS Constitution 203' and second oldest commissioned ship in the USA; USCGC Eagle (295'), yes it's armed. 3. USCGC Bertholf (418') commissioned 2008 replacing the great 378' Hamilton class cutters. 4. USCGC Harriet Lane (270'). 5. USCGC Vigorous (210'). USCGC Margaret Norvell (154'). USCGC Manta (87').
