US Marines already have a WESTPAC cruises. But, may the new one could have good ports, and good training to strengthen our allies.

Already 3 W Coast MEUS, plus one on Oki, and a MEF (-) there, so maybe what they should be saying is West Pacs are heading back to PAC AOR vice CENT.
