I lived one year in that deadly country and I didn't forget anything that I left behind when I came home. Never, ever, would I go back to back there thinking it would give me some closure, or especially live there.
More than 40 years after the end of the Vietnam war, dozens of ageing former American soldiers have gone back to the country to live. Some had difficulty adapting to civilian life in the US. Others have gone back in the hope of atoning for wrongs they believe were committed during the war.

SGT (Join to see), go to Google Earth and look at the areas where you served, and look at the pictures tagged to different locations. Much of it is very different now.
