SN Lawana Washington - never be afraid to question them about practices . Tell them you know this happened and ask what they have done to correct the situation. Generally speaking, most organizations are paranoid after such incidents and you will get superb care.

This article was just written, from what I read the administrator was just relieved in 2017. Glad this does not epitomize most of the VA hospitals.
