Today in history, I attended one of maybe the most historic concerts in history. I went with a bunch of MPs from the 287th (this is the group that manned Checkpoint Charlie) and a unit in Frankfurt. We had a couple of picnic jugs of barracks juice. I may have had to watch the VHS tape to remember some of it.

Also the last large crowd I ever felt "comfortable" in.

I found the album on Amazon Music, and hearing the crowd puts me back in "No Man's Land" between Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie.
