The war against the Islamic State hits hurdles just as the U.S. military gears up

It will have to be a priority to the nation, not the Congress or President. If the people don't care then it just won't matter. Of course the media would need to make it a priority also. It won't happen and someday soon it will be a global mess.

It will be challenge for our leaders if the administration does not get behind them or the administration makes the rules of engagement so strict that it absolutely does nothing to keep ISIS from growing and becoming stronger
