The appeal for this is understandable. It is a desk job not physically challenging. Many interns will be surprised what all is involved in this world. I have had some who felt the job was not right for them. Some had to make cold calls and were uncomfortable with that. Others found there are jobs where you actually work overnight and found that incompatible with their life style.

The appeal is understandable and why wouldn't banks want someone who works for nothing, or next to nothing?
