CPO Tim Dickey Have you seen this? Teleneurology, Telestroke, telemedicine? Telestroke is particular advantageous to the rural, underserved ED or hospital,83–90 which may be challenged in recruiting specialists in relative short supply, including neurologists and subspecialists such as neurohospitalists, neurointensivists, and vascular neurologists.

CPT (Join to see), that's great news about telestroke. I'm familiar with telemedicine as it was in use on the ship Carnival operates.

Telemedicine would be an absolutely booming business, but congress has so many laws in place regarding state licensure and connectivity issues that there is a long way to go. You still see a lot of it though especially in radiology and dermatology.

As long as the bots are supplementing the human workforce and not replacing it, I'm all for it.

PO1 John Miller, I agree with you. Amazon, UPS, FedEx and the like have been using automation and robot (to a lessor extent) for a while to increase efficiency. The problem will always be, what happens to the displaced workforce after all the disruption.

Yes warehouse robots when properly used can boost productivity CPO Tim Dickey. They can be very useful for storing and retrieving individual barcoded boxes.
When I saw your post, my first thought was of the immense warehouse at teh End of the original Indiana Jones movie. that place could definitely use automated storage and retrieval if it exists. :-)

LTC Stephen F., completely agree with you about Indian Jones or even more recent, SciFi's Warehouse 13.
