New guitarist John Sykes who joined as they announced their last tour/album. This was from the "Thunder And Lightning" tour and 40 minutes of this was the subject of a BBC special on a show called "The Tube." John would go on to reinvent Whitesnake... Nowadays, John is in the reformed tribute-band style Thin Lizzy alongside Californian Scott Gorham.
