This Anti-War Veterans Group Is Protesting An Upcoming Military Air Show

Personally, this is the biggest bunch of BS, I have ever heard from a Veterans organization. When we used to take our kids to the Air Shows here at Ellington Field, none of the kids thought anything about war. They enjoyed watching the planes do stunts, and looking at the vintage aircraft. They fly right over my house and if my grandkids are here, we sit on our upstairs deck and watch them perform. I take boo coo pictures. I wonder how many of these vet protesters have been in a war. I can see protecting the kids by not allowing them to watch graphic war movies, but an Air show! Cmo'n get real.

Veterans belonging to an organization called Veterans For Peace want families to avoid the air show because it “promotes war.”
An upcoming air show in San Diego county is being protested by a group of military veterans belonging to the local chapter of Veterans For Peace, which, according to its website, is a global anti-war organization with 140 chapters worldwide.
